El portal nace como actividad principal, aunque no única, del colectivo Aragón Musical sirviendo de punto de encuentro, expresión y difusión de la música aragonesa. De hecho es una referencia indiscutible en este sentido. Por supuesto se encuentra totalmente al servicio de los grupos de cualquier estilo musical, entidades, instituciones y demás implicados en las diferentes realidades musicales de Aragón.
Aragón Musical somos un colectivo que trabaja con la principal finalidad de hacer llegar todo lo relacionado con el panorama musical aragonés al mayor número de personas posibles para que esta manifestación cultural única en el mundo por su originalidad, riqueza y variedad pueda ser descubierta por distinto tipo de gente interesada por la música en general y por lo concerniente a Aragón en particular.
