Florida Department of Law Enforcement. This data is stored internally to
provide you with fast, responsive search results.
You can enter keywords or partial statute numbers to search. When searching
keywords, keep in mind that some of the descriptions are abbreviated
('aggravated' may appear as 'aggrav', so if you don't find anything try
shortening your search). When you find an appropriate statute, click it to
view the statute, description, and penalty.
If you're not previously familiar with a statute, there's an option to view
the full Florida Statute online (requires data connection).
Florida Criminal Law supports 'Move to SD card'.
